We have focused on how Manchester Airport could continue to supply their customers with the information they want in a way that suits their current needs. Over 50% of mobile traffic to manchesterairport.co.uk came from iPhones with 220,000 page views a month, so it was decided that an iPhone app was the most accessible mobile format for the customers.
The app features real time flight information, maps of each terminal with directions, interactive map of each terminal showing all the facilities and a car park booking system.
The app has now been designed & built for East Midlands and Bournemouth airports as well.
