Last week saw the launch of our new, fully responsive e-commerce site for Brilliant Project, an exciting new brand in the bespoke world of sliding doors and storage.
Allowing their clients to take total control of creating their own bespoke and beautiful storage solutions was high on the list of requirements for Brilliant Project. KMP recommended a combination of Sitecore’s DMS (Digital Marketing System) and the award-winning Sitecore CMS (Content Management System) to allow Brilliant Project to control the ultimate Customer Engagement Platform, giving users the ability to try out thousands of styles and options whilst bringing the online furniture showroom experience to life.
Not only have KMP made use and expanded on this technology but we’ve also completed the integration of the popular uCommerce system into the site – the first time this has been done in Europe! This sprinkling of e-commerce magic is allowing filtered browsing alongside a fully integrated payment system utilising the PayPal Payment Gateway functionality adding a touch of simplicity and familiarity to the experience while ensuring all transactions are secure.
The most complex and unique part of this project involved the creation of a totally bespoke configurator tool, to equip users with the tools they need to design tailored storage solutions for any room in their home or office. The configurator is an innovative toolkit that simplifies the task of designing your solution and takes the power (which used to be the exclusive remit of interior designers) and puts it squarely in the hands of the user.
The system not only looks elegant but it’s been seamlessly integrated with the enterprise class Content Management System Sitecore, giving users the best of both worlds. The project also involved complex integrations with Mandata – the delivery fulfillment organisation, Microsoft Dynamics AX CRM to track all e-commerce orders and Vee24 video live chat – a first for KMP! We’ve given users piece of mind when making their purchases by integrating with the popular Feefo review system, letting users see how their peers review the products and allowing them to make informed choices.
Brilliant Project customers are in full control of designing and seeking out the best ideas for their living space. We’ve built the site to encourage inspiration and experimentation, giving users the ability to try thousands of stylish, modern options when designing their own project.
We worked in collaboration with CX Partners to develop a truly unique shopping experience for users while ensuring that all key product lines were easily navigable, from standalone bedroom furniture to fully customized bespoke storage solutions. Brilliant Project now have the power to create powerful marketing campaigns delivering high conversion rates using the power of Sitecore and utilising the seamless integrations we’ve provided. We are excited to be working with Brilliant Project and to be planning future phases for this project.
