KMP Digitata has just received venture capital finance to further expand AeroParker, its specialist ecommerce system for driving non-aeronautical revenues at Airports, into Europe and North America. The Company is relocating to a prestigious converted chapel in central Stockport minutes from Stockport station and this is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, confident and passionate individual with the drive to succeed and improve their career to be part of the next phase of growth.

Reporting to the CEO as a Digital Marketing Executive you will create and deliver a digital marketing plan driving customer engagement and lead acquisition for the Company’s recently re-branded flagship AeroParker product (www.aeroparker.com) as well as KMP’s digital marketing services arm (www.kmp.co.uk) . Through your own hands-on efforts you will deliver and manage the digital marketing plans to drive increased leads to the business whilst ensuring an excellent user and customer experience maximizes customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

You will have overall responsibility for managing and delivering the marketing communications strategy for AeroParker and KMP Digitata.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Managing the ongoing design of the company’s websites
• Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
• Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s websites
• Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the websites
• Writing marketing copy for websites and maintaining activity on these websites
• Analysing web traffic to company websites and providing monthly reports
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
• Liaising with software developers to enable search engine optimisation
• Maintaining the company Blog and manage a Blogger outreach program and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about the company and its products and services
• Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
• Managing the design of email templates
• Writing copy for email marketing campaigns
• Creating brochures and other printed materials to supplement online products
• Writing case studies and other relevant content and creating and managing a content distribution strategy
• Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities including online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.
• Manage presence in social networking sites including Linkedin, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications
• Managing relationships with industry publications and creating content for distribution to these publications for either on or offline use

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or qualified member of the CIM or equivalent
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
• Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media
• Content creation and distribution experience
• Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role

Hours:

• 9-5:30pm Mon-Fri

Salary:

• Commensurate with experience

Holidays:

• 20 days plus bank holidays
