I met Bill in 1983 when I had a new role in my company and felt the need to bring in a new advertising agency. From Bill's in BGA I was sold on him and what the company could do for us. So much so that when I moved company in 1986 I brought him in again and once again he didn't let me down. We had some great social times as well and it was great working with him. The only thing we had major disagreements about were his invoices. I found out the news today and didn't want to miss the opportunity to pass on my late condolences. It was great knowing him.

Thanks for the extra information Darika.
Approximately, what's the limit of comments per day/week would a page have to receive to still be considered as a "low engagement page"?

I know you updated the moderation part of this article, just to give some more info, basic Facebook moderation can now be done using the keyword list/profanity blocker.
For the profanity blocker you can use a pre-defined list by Facebook (as you mentioned, this may be very US centric) or you can add your own 'naughty words' list.
In addition you can flag keywords which may be risky for your brand. For example, if you're a low cost, high street clothing retailer you might be cautious about the word "sweatshop". Posts AND comment containing that term are held in Private until a page admin chooses to make them public.
It's clunky and not easy to manage but works quite well for low engagement pages.

So, I guess since I got the highest score first and not heard anything, I must be the first person to win a competition and not get first prize.
