With 15 years’ experience working with natural language web applications, they have built more than 100 Lingubots for brands including Lloyds TSB Insurance, BBC, Royal Bank of Scotland group, Nationwide Building Society and Schering-Plough Healthcare.

Virtual Assistants are commonly used as an intelligent FAQ system, providing a natural language interface which allows users to ask questions using natural language, with links to appropriate web pages.

The frustration with call centres has encouraged companies to look for alternative ways of answering their customer’s questions. Customers with internet access are increasingly turning to the internet as a way of resolving their queries, and it is proven that when they find a helpful and efficient system, they use it repeatedly.
