Another year is over and despite the economic climate in 2009 it has been a great year for KMP Digitata. The major change of 2009 was the rebranding of KMP to KMP Digitata to give the company a fresh new look.
It is customary to start with giving thanks to everyone involved in making this year such a great success. Firstly big thanks to all our clients, with your support were able to continue pushing forward in the advancement of the Digital Marketing sector and remain at the front of the latest developments.
With help from our clients we were able to develop a Live Information Twitter Application that updates users about their flight details straight to their twitter accounts, known as the Tweeting Departure Board (pdf). Another development was applying conversation technology to our Virtual Assistants producing a greater customer service experience.
2009 saw KMP Digitata form partnerships with new clients such as ASDA and we have just completed a signing of a group adventure travel company that we are very excited about and will be announcing it soon. We look forward to building upon all the relationships with our clients and forming new ones in 2010.
Also a thank you to all of KMP Digitata’s hard working staff. It’s their commitment and diligence that make us as successful as we are. Their hard work will continue through the Christmas period for our 24/7 Technical support clients, ensuring that everything runs smoothly this Christmas break.
InBlackandWhite hosted a successful series of seminars throughout 2009 and will be returning in the New Year with a brand new website and booking system to improve the InBlackandWhite experience. With the launch of the new website the 2010 seminar list will be released.
KMP’s product suite, Ackura, will be further improved thanks to a redesigned website and enhancements for the products. MessageSender and PromoSender now have stronger CRM and permission marketing functionalities, but remain their easy-to-use ethos.
