Well finally, our avatar, “Abi” has gone live.

We still have some work to do on developing the knowledge base which will consist of upgrading
- the personality and chat elements
- the hard information about KMP
- capturing data through conversations
- the linking and redirection of the user to pages on our web site.
With Abi, (we have named her that because of her likeness to the alien in the film the Abyss), we have tried to make her more human by giving her 6 emotions which accompany her responses. Over time we hope to add to these to make the interactive experiene even more “real”, and perhaps add lip sinc and voice in time. Watch this space.
